Reef Experience day tours arrange everything for you.  Your day will start with a bus transfer from your accommodation within the Cairns business area, directly to the Marlin Marina.

You will be greeted on board by the friendly and experienced crew. This followed by a bacon & egg breakfast before departing to the reef.

On the short trip out to the Great Barrier Reef, you can purchase snacks at the bar. Relax in the warm tropical sun on the vast sundeck. Please take part in our interactive marine biology presentation.

On arriving at the first outer Great Barrier Reef location, you will have the option to snorkel or scuba dive regardless of your experience.

Take your time to soak into the immense array of corals and marine life in the crystal clear waters.

Certified divers can head straight into the water. Those wanting to try for the first time can go on a supervised resort dive.

We offer something for everyone.

Even those that aren’t confident swimmers can experience the majesty of the Great Barrier Reef. You will enjoy assistance in the water or stay dry on a glass-bottom boat tour.

After working up an appetite, head back on board for a hot and cold buffet lunch, all from locally sourced ingredients.  Relax on board as you head to the second beautiful reef location.

At the afternoon location, jump back into the water in your own time for another snorkelling adventure. Maybe you’ll want to purchase a second scuba dive.

On the way back to Cairns, enjoy complimentary wine, cheese and biscuits. Enjoy this as you reflect on your experience at Australia’s natural wonder of the world.
